Collaborating with Ian White, we have created two symphonies designed for young orchestras. Highly melodic and song-like, they aim to have a welcoming, traditional feel, yet remaining contemporary. Ian composed several melodies, which I went on to arrange for orchestra; following this, we worked together to hone the sound we were searching for and complete two full works.

The Kinnoull Symphonies 1 & 2 have been recorded with the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra and are available for purchase here.
